Our shrimp are harvested by local workers from villages nearby our South American aquaculture farms. These farms provide a standard of living and benefits to whole communities. These people are proud to be working in the area they love, learning skills they can keep for the future. In many cases entire families are employed at our farms and processing facilities.

Our shrimp are all top grade, and raised in clean well-managed and well-maintained ponds. On staff biologists are used for constant monitoring of the health and condition of our shrimp. All farmed shrimp are harvested by gentle hands in a responsible manner from a sustainable stock.

Our shrimp are produced under strict international regulations. Raised from special brood stock, they are fed only organic feeds throughout their lifetime. We never use preservatives, antibiotics or chemicals on any of our products.
